NERAVA LEGAL

Terms of Use

The basic rules for guests and hosts who use Nerava.

Effective date: 29 August 2026. These terms should be reviewed by Nerava's legal representative before public launch and updated when payments, cancellation policies, or new services are introduced.

Using Nerava

You may use Nerava to discover accommodation, create an account, submit a booking request, or apply to become a host. You must provide accurate information, protect your account credentials, and use the service lawfully and respectfully.

Guests and booking requests

A booking request is not confirmed until the host or Nerava confirms it. Guests should review the listing details, dates, price, and host communication before making travel arrangements. Any payment, cancellation, refund, or dispute terms will be shown before a payment service is introduced.

Hosts and listings

Hosts must provide accurate, lawful listing information and maintain accommodation that is safe and matches the information shown to guests. Nerava may review, edit for clarity, suspend, reject, or remove a listing or host account where needed for quality, safety, or compliance.

Account safety and acceptable use

Do not impersonate another person, submit false content, interfere with the platform, misuse personal data, or use Nerava for unlawful activity. We may restrict access to protect guests, hosts, and the service.

Service availability

We work to keep Nerava available and reliable, but the service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, updates, or events outside our control. Listings, prices, availability, and host responses can change and should be confirmed before travel.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as Nerava develops. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms. Questions can be sent to info@karibustay.com. Read our Privacy Policy for information about data handling.
