Information we collect
We collect information you provide when creating or using an account, including your name, email address, phone number, profile information, listing details, booking requests, and support messages. We also keep operational records needed to maintain your account, prevent misuse, and support bookings.
How we use information
We use this information to provide Nerava, verify hosts and listings, respond to support requests, manage bookings, improve safety, and communicate essential service updates. We do not use personal information for third-party advertising.
When information is shared
When a guest sends a booking request, the relevant details are shared with the host so the host can respond. Hosts may share listing information with guests through the service. We also use service providers that help us run the platform, including authentication, database, and file-storage providers. They may process data only to provide their services to Nerava.
Data retention and security
We keep account and booking information while an account is active, and afterwards only as needed for legitimate business, safety, dispute, and legal purposes. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can update your account details in Nerava. To ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, contact us using the email below. We may need to verify your identity and retain limited information where required for safety, fraud prevention, disputes, or law.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our service or legal obligations change. The latest version will always be available at this page, with its effective date shown above.
